About me
Having developed a love of animals as a small child, Chris has continued to work with and keep dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and has a special interest in all breeds of birds. Breeding many varieties from finches to geese.
A real highlight for Chris was completing his Falconry course with The Hawking Centre at Doddington Manor and completing his qualification with LANTRA.
Nutritional science of companion animals award from the Isle of Wight college.
Working as a front line Paramedic for the NHS for over twenty eight years it was time to develop a new career, building on our current small business in Nutritional advise and the Trophy pet food range attending Hadlow PIF Dog Grooming School.
Awarded City & Guilds dog groomer Level 3 Stylist with Merits from Hadlow Dog Grooming School and opened We Pet Cares Mobile service.

Chris is so kind and gentle with my rather excitable puppy. She looks and smells amazing. I love that Chris took the time to tell me about her coat and gave me hints and tips for grooming at home in between visits. I really felt that my he had my puppy’s best interests at heart. I would definitely recommend.

Chris is absolutely brilliant with our dog Bruce. He always comes home looking great and very happy . Chris always has time to spend getting to know your dog and I would wholeheartedly recommend him .

I took Murphy (my dog) to Chris, he was amazing. Chris let the dog get settled and let the dog get used to the equipment he was using, he really took the time to make Murphy feel at home. Murphy was so happy when he left, he looked like a whole new dog and felt so soft like he was a puppy again. We will be using Chris in the future for all our grooming and would recommend him to everyone.

Fantastic service and Chris was amazing with my dog. She was happy being handled and her tail didn’t stop wagging. Chris also gave me some good tips on grooming Ruby at home. Thank you.
