About me

Hi I'm Jessica, joint owner of multi award winning Palmer's Dog Grooming, based in Shepperton High Street. 


I started my dog grooming business as a mobile grooming service and in 2021 I joined forces with my sister to open a brand new, beautiful grooming salon. 


We have taken so much care to ensure our salon is the best around. We use natural products and are a cage free salon. We are committed to ensuring your dogs well being is at the forefront of their grooming experience. 


I have a wealth of knowledge, with over 15 years in the animal care industry, previously working as a zoo keeper at Woburn Safari Park before finding my passion for dog grooming. 


Myself and my team are always evolving and keeping up to date with all developments in the dog grooming industry to ensure our care is always the best it can be. We are members to the British Isles Grooming Association as well as the Pet Industry Federation and regularly attend seminars and workshops to further our skills and knowledge. 


We were awarded Dog Grooming Business Of The Year 2021 by PIF and were finalists again in 2022. Our salon also won 3 awards from our local council business awards. They include; Best business in Shepperton & Charlton Village, best new start up and best small business.
