About me
Hi, My name is Lisa, I have been grooming for Just over 12 months, I trained at Look North In Keighley Yorkshire. Prior to this change in career, I have worked frontline within the NHS managing ED and Urgent Care services for 30 years before I took the decision to learn about Dog Grooming.
I own four dogs, a Westie, a Miniature Schnauzer and two one year old Springer Spaniel's. My favourite dog to groom is Reverse Clipping a Working Cocker or Springer Spaniel.
I am passionate about grooming and education and regularly attend seminars. I subscribe to the Julie Harris Dog Grooming Education, Look North Grooming L3 Group, Emma Baker Dog Grooming & Tutoring & Tail Waggers Dog Grooming.
I have completed a Pet First Aid course.
My greatest industry achievement is to have completed my training and to see the elated faces on the owners of the dogs I have groomed. Its makes it all worth while and I love the job I do now.

See all reviews (2)I have used groomers in the past, but Lisa is by far the best. She takes the time and care to make sure Alfie is groomed to perfection and well looked after. She has an amazing grooming studio, which has been well thought out, has the top of the range grooming facilities all offered at a reasonable price. She takes care of Alfie and nothing is too much trouble. She takes pride in her job. This is not just a groomers, this is a state of the art, plush dog salon and one I can highly recommend!!!
I would 100% recommend Lisa as a dog groomer. Lisa goes to great efforts to care for and groom to the breed standard, taking into consideration your own likes and dislikes. The studio is bright and airy and kitted out with the latest equipment. I would absolutely agree with the previous review in saying that nothing is too much trouble, and our dog enjoys seeing Lisa and coming away looking very smart.
