CRUFTS 2026: The highlights you actually care about.
Thursday, 19 March 2026 05:29 PMIf you missed Crufts this year, don't worry, we've got you covered.
It was busy, it was chaotic, it was full of incredible dogs, and yes, everyone spent more money than they planned to.
The main arena delivered exactly what you would expect. Best in Show brought the glamour and precision, with dogs that looked like they never had a bad hair day in their lives. The agility competitions were fast, slightly chaotic, and genuinely impressive, while heelwork to music once again left everyone wondering how on earth those routines are trained. Flyball was guaranteed to make you jump at least once.
Outside of the main ring, the real action was happening in the halls. One of the standout additions this year was the dog grooming show, where professional groomers competed live, showcasing their skills in real time. It brought a whole new level of appreciation for the industry, with crowds gathering to watch transformations happen right in front of them. From precision styling to full coat overhauls, it was easily one of the most engaging and talked-about areas of the event.
Having said that, the shopping alone could've been it's OWN event. Rows of natural treats meant dogs were having the best day possible, while grooming brands showcased tools that suddenly felt essential whether you are a professional or not. Accessories, equipment, and products filled every corner, and almost everyone had that one stall they kept going back to before finally giving in.
We were, as always, proud to have our own presence at Crufts this year alongside Furminator, bringing even more attention to professional grooming and coat care.
If you stopped by, you will already know just how many people were interested in improving their dog’s grooming routine.
The breed rings brought a different kind of intensity. Immaculate coats, focused handlers, and the occasional dog deciding to completely ignore expectations made it one of the most entertaining parts of the event. Meanwhile, the dogs themselves were the real stars. From tiny breeds being carried around like royalty, to larger dogs taking up half the aisle, it was impossible not to fall in love repeatedly throughout the day.
Of course, Crufts also comes with the reality check. A LOT of walking, crowded spaces, and trying to eat food while being watched very closely by at least one hopeful dog.
Despite all of that, it remains one of the best events in the dog world.
Crufts 2026 was intense, but completely worth it. Whether you went for the competitions, the shopping, or the networking, it didn't fail to deliver.
