About me
A passionate animal lover and enthusiast of all things “Canine”, I have been actively grooming for over 17 years, and working hands on with dogs for almost 20 years. Despite achieving my grooming qualification in 2010, I enjoy continuing to expand my knowledge and skills by attending seminars/training days and completing personal research - very much believing it is beneficial for both my clients and myself.
I am happy to groom dogs to Breed Standard or Personal Specification, also offering Hand-stripping to those dogs that it is appropriate for, both from a coat condition and health aspect. Based in a salon on our family farm in beautiful Hexhamshire, Northumberland, I can offer a calm, ‘one on one’ service.
The happiness, health and welfare of the dogs left in my care for grooming is of paramount importance, and I am very much a believer in the mantra “Humanity Before Vanity”.

I have a very naughty Irish Terrier with lots of allergies and Mandy is fabulous with her. Thistle always looks amazing when I collect her and she loves seeing her Auntie Mandy. I recommend her to everyone.
