About me
ONE EIGHT Dog Grooming is the realisation of a lifelong passion for dogs and the art of professional dog grooming. My vision has always been to provide a service as bespoke and unique as each individual dog in a beautiful relaxed environment. With this in mind, my home based salon functions on a strict one to one basis which allows me to operate with no crates, less noise, less stress and 100% focus on the dogs.

Had my border collie groomed recently by Lisa and couldn't be happier with the results. Well recommend with a polite, positive and friendly welcome as you walk throught the door. Really good with dogs making even my collie relaxed. Also listons to any reqest you make and keeps that in mind. Really happy! definitely go again. Thanks
Lisa grooms both of my gorgeous rescue staffie's. She is so friendly & makes the pups feel at ease, especially my girl who is not a lover of water. Lisa grooms my little dog Starlet and she is always happy to go to have lots of fuss and be pampered. Starlet always comes home looking and smelling lovely. Lisa offers a very friendly and professional service and I know my girl is happy and safe there. I was recommended One Eight as was my usual one had run into difficulties. Best thing ever. She never crates and your dog is the only one there so Willow is as happy as she can be. I 100% trust her guidance. Willows comes out looking and smelling amazing and lasts for days. I did cheat on her once and regretted and came straight back to her. She cuts and cleans to what you want and I love the way Willow comes out with her fluffy tail. Her care and support is evident and willows first corona cut was was amazing. Thank you

Lisa grooms my dog Coco regularly she offers a bespoke service to suit my dogs needs, I am always so happy with the amazing service that One Eight Dog Grooming supplies. Lisa is a friendly, vibrant person who also shares a very special bond with Coco. Now I have another puppy called Ruby who Lisa is currently easing into grooming world, with her expert handling and specialist skills. Lisa does a fantastic job and my dogs always come away looking great. Lisa has a wonderful calm manner which rubs off on the dogs. We would definitely recommend and look forward to our next groom.
Always take my schnauzer and mums cocker mix to Lisa, she is always good with the dogs,friendly and welcoming when you arrive.The dogs are treating as if her own and always come out look like superstars(which is not an easy task). I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a groomer.

Lisa has groomed Ridley for several years now,firstly being a canine partner for my wife and now for me,she has always done an excellent job of grooming and careing for him over the years
Lisa is always so kind and caring in her approach to my elderly dog. He is deaf and a bit short sighted but she ensures he feels safe and cared for. He goes in looking a scruffy boy and comes out looking like a million dollars. It is a shame he can’t see the results himself. I would highly recommend One Eight grooming. The salon is spotless and all recommended Covid restrictions have been strictly adhered to. Would not go anywhere else for dog grooming.
I take my border terrier to Lisa on a regular basis for hand stripping. He always looks amazing and is always happy after a visit to Lisa. Would highly recommend and would not want to send my precious boy to anyone else for his grooming needs. Lisa is always happy and welcoming. The dogs love her.

I have taken my two long haired minis and border collie to Lisa for a good year now and wouldn’t go to anyone else. We had some horrific encounters with shop groomers etc so was going on a recommendation from a friend. We are very fussy clients but she was amazing from the first booking. I loved how she walked us through what she would do and the dogs too! We were welcome to stay or go and even offered a hot drink! The cleanliness and stylish look of her groom room is always amazing and the lengths she has gone to keep us , my dogs and herself safe in this pandemic is unparalleled. Such an easy going groomer with a keen eye and really knows her stuff! Every groom is outstanding and faultless. I have recommended to many friends with varying breeds and needs so hopefully more people to boast her excellence in the new year. It is nice to see someone who loves their job and gives 200%! I would highly recommend and unless she shuts up shop we will be life long customers ( even if moves haha!) . My girls love her ( possibly more than us!) as they always receive VIP treatment. Go Lisa and One Eight!!! X

My Lhasa Apso had his first experience this week with One Eight, well we we’re speechless with the results. Lisa is amazing, friendly, caring, professional and her service is exceptional FIRST CLASS. You can see that she takes great pride in her salon. When I collected Ralph he looked like he could win Crufts... I would highly recommend Lisa, the dogs definitely get VIP treatment. I would highly recommend Lisa for grooming. I take my little Cocker Spaniel called Archie and he always comes back looking and smelling amazing. I can always tell that he is happy too - her clients certainly get special treatment. Thank you and look forward to seeing you again soon.
Lisa was highly recommended to me when I was looking for a groomer for Murray my Cocker Spaniel puppy. He is 2 now and I am delighted to say I now highly recommend Lisa to all my dog owner friends too. Lisa is extremely knowledge and experienced about everything grooming related and that alongside her caring, calming and friendly personality ensures we return every time. Our Labradoodle Molly has been a regular client of Lisa. She always is happy to see Lisa and doesn't stress about her visits,unlike how she was on earlier visits to another groomer. The attention Lisa gives to Molly is wonderful. Lisa's calm and friendly nature certainly puts her clients at ease.Molly returns home smelling absolutely fantastic and looking like she is a Supreme Champion. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa,. If you need a groomer look no further than oneeightgrooming you will not be disappointed.
We started using Lisa when our dog Orla was quite young. She’s never been a huge fan of being groomed but Lisa looks after her and does an amazing job considering how much of a wriggler Orla is! Her groom is always immaculate - Lisa is fantastic at what she does.
A first for me and I’m so pleased to have been recommended Lisa by a groomer I know and a friend who has been a student of Lisa. All that said I was mightily impressed with the results today. Lisa painstakingly have stripped my saluki lad who was struggling to shed his puppy candy floss…my lord he looks fabulous and I think a new love affair has blossomed between the pair of them. He was so relaxed Lisa was saying he nodded off at one point! That says oodles for her manner and the fact he felt so at ease with her. I only need to keep him clean enough now to enjoy just how beautiful he looks.. easier said than done with this little feral soul !
Lisa is amazing at her job. She has been doing our dog Sophie since she started. I would not go any where else. Sophie loved going to see Lisa she gets so excited when pulls up in car park. She looks after and loves her like her own. Would recommend Lisa 100%
