About me
I've always been passionate about animals, especially dogs. After studying BTech national diploma animal management for 3 years at college, I decided dog grooming was the path I wanted to take. I started my dog grooming career in January 2012 where I gained my City and Guilds level 3 Diploma 2 years later and gained my teaching and assessing qualifications in 2015. Over the years i have worked in different salons which has developed my skills and knowledge. I have 2 dogs, a Labrador and a Miniature Poodle and two tortoiseshell cats. I regularly compete in grooming competitions with my Poodle where I have gained so much knowledge from doing so and have since become a multi award winning groomer since my first competition with him in 2017. I have a huge passion for dog grooming and always want to expand my knowledge and be the best I can be which is also why I regularly compete in grooming competitions, education is key and what better way to do that, than getting stuck in with the best of the best and learn from them. There is always new things to learn which is why I love my job, everyday is different.

Lindsey is so good with Dandy I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. She has provided excellent dental care and prevented Dandy dentally inspected under anaesthetic as recommended by the vet, and I can’t thank her enough.

Dandy’s first groom since lockdown and to say she looked like an Ewok wa an under statement! Lindsay worked her magic and despite Dandy sulking and ignoring me since I brought her home, she looks gorgeous!

Just had our first dog groom with Lindsey and Clara, what a lovely environment for my 3 shihtzu crosses. After being in lockdown they were hairy bears to say the least but the ladies did a fantastic job. I felt so at ease, as I hate leaving my fur babies but they were well looked after and the ladies were so knowledgeable and welcoming. Wicket, Daisy and Ted look fab, thankyou so much x

We had our beloved Shih tzu Millie groomed @ My Best Friend Dog Grooming yesterday, I cannot express how happy Millie was on picking her up and how bouncy and full of life as soon as we got her home. This is the most professional groom we have had to date and Millie is usually groomed on a monthly basis, Millie not only smells wonderful she looks simply amazing. Regular Customers going forward. I had my Old English Sheepdog groomed by Lindsey and I cannot thank her enough. Holly looked great! I am very particular in how she looks being a large breed dog any mistakes are hard to miss on her. I was very happy to see that Holly looked even all over and she was happy and content when I picked her up.

Just had our first ‘puppy grooming’ experience with Clara and Lindsey. They have done a fantastic job with our cockapoo and are both very friendly and knowledgable about dogs. They both have a passion for animals and it is clear that Margot enjoyed her time whilst at the groomers! She came back fluffy, smelling gorgeous and was full of life and energy! Both Lindsey and Clara take fabulous care while grooming our 2 Spinoni girls who have totally different temprement. They both dash in to the beautiful salon with great enthusiasm and you can't get a better recommendation than dogs looking forward to their grooming time. These guys are THE BEST
