About me
Debbie Aylmer is a highly qualified, award-winning professional dog groomer and experienced grooming educator with over 20 years’ industry experience.
Debbie owns Radleys Pet Styling, a professional dog grooming salon based in Crownhill, Milton Keynes. The salon offers caring, professional grooming tailored to each individual dog, including full grooms, breed-standard styling, hand stripping, puppy introductions and support for nervous dogs. Every dog’s comfort, welfare and grooming experience remain the highest priorities.
Alongside the salon, Debbie runs Radleys Grooming Academy, an approved iPET Network Training Provider offering nationally recognised dog grooming qualifications. Students receive supportive, hands-on training with real dogs through one-to-one and small-group learning. Qualifications are available for complete beginners, experienced groomers and those wishing to advance their professional knowledge and skills.
Debbie is passionate about continual professional development and regularly attends seminars, workshops, demonstrations and industry events. She specialises in bringing out the natural beauty of each dog’s coat while creating practical, balanced styles that complement the individual dog and remain as true to breed as possible.
As a groomer and educator, Debbie is committed to promoting high standards of dog grooming, compassionate handling and professional education throughout the industry.
