About me
Hi, My name is Charlotte, and I am basically mad about animals. I have grown up surrounded by them and have spent many years in the dog and horse world. I have always wanted to turn my passion into a career and after a lot of research and thought; I decided dog grooming was for me. I myself had struggled to find a good groomer for my dogs and so had a lot of people I know. So I set about learning everything I could and enrolled at Abingdon and Witney College to complete my Level 2 in dog grooming and then on to Sparsholt College for my Level 3. Both of these were passed with a Distinction.
I am a mum of 2 and we have 2 dogs, a Border Collie, and an Australian Kelpie x Border. I have always had Border Collies since I was a child and whilst I love all breeds and love learning about them all and their characteristics and history , the Border Collie has a special place in my heart and I hope to always have one by my side . I enjoy all aspects of grooming and enjoying having the chance to groom many breeds with one of my favourites being the Schnauzer.
I am passionate about grooming and education and regularly attend seminars. I subscribe to several magazines and I am active on social media keeping myself up to date on the Industry.
I have completed a Pet First Aid course and I and I am fully insured.
Two of my greatest industry achievements are working with nervous dogs and several rescue cases who previously couldn’t be groomed but now come to me an a regular basis and are groomed with no problems , and being awarded the trophy for Best Prepped Dog at the English Groomers Rookie challenge in 2021.

Outside of work you can find us most weekends having fun as a family with our dogs. We take part in Agility and Hoopers training and competitions and love nothing more than relaxing at the beach at the end of the day letting the dogs have a good run and a swim .
Thank you for reading my profile and I look forward to meeting you and your dogs soon.

My dog loves going here for baths and nail trims. I feel happy and confident leaving him in here as I know he’s well cared for. I have also used hillside boarding and loved the regular updates on how he was doing. He definitely made himself at home xxx Can’t recommend highly enough
Highly recommended!
