About me
Hi, My name is Charlotte, I have been grooming for 8 years, I trained at Heavenlyz and I also am pet first aid trained.
I own a beautiful cross breed rescue from Cyprus, she’s called Noodle. My dream dog is a Duck Toller (which Noodle doesn’t look too dissimilar to!).
My favourite breed to groom is a Cocker Spaniel, although I love grooming dogs of all shapes and sizes and being challenged with new haircuts.
My greatest industry achievement is Starting up my own business at 24 and managing to make it a success.

See all reviews (7)I have a big border collie who’s super nervous of having his nails clipped after multiple bad experience when he was younger. Since said experiences, he has had to be muzzled every time as he is so very fearful he became snappy. We reached out to Charlotte a few months ago in a desperate plea to hopefully help us, as he just wasn’t getting on well with our old methods, and we are so very grateful we found her when we did. Charlotte showed complete confidence when cutting Otis’s nails, and made him feel as at ease as possible. She got them done quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for Otis and ensuring she didn’t cause anymore negativity surrounding the task. He’s still nervous, but that’s doesn’t phase Charlotte. She reads his body language well, has unmuzzled him and has always ensured she has a second person at hand to feed him all the cheese he wants. Otis seems to be making good progress every time he goes and we couldn’t be more grateful for all of Charlotte’s help and grooming expertise.
I took my dog Cooper to Charlotte at The Pawfectionist after my then puppy had an awful first experience at another groomers. I explained the situation to Charlotte who completely put my mind at ease that he would be in good hands going to her. I’ve never looked back, Cooper is a Cavapoo so due to being part Poodle requires regular grooming. Charlotte’s attention to detail has always been spot on and Cooper is excited to go in and see her every time time! I would highly recommend The Pawfectionist for any of your grooming needs.
Charlotte has been with my dog and I from the very start when I first rescued him. He is a small terrier type with a lot of attitude! She has been so patient and kind with him, he doesn’t like women at all but he adores her! Charlotte has maintained Riley to an amazing standard. I constantly get compliments on his coat and the styling. I trust Charlotte implicitly with my dog, she is not only an excellent groomer and passionate about dog welfare, but also incredibly knowledgeable about skin health and has given me no end of great advice. Recently, we have decided to go for a mullet and Charlotte has been very up for the challenge!! I will not ever take my dog elsewhere and I can happily recommend her to anybody! Thank you ❤️
