About me
My name is Kate and I offer a one to one grooming service based from my luxury home from home fully equipped grooming studio. Having run a successful dog walking company for four years I decided to explore my more creative side and completed a short dog grooming course at Merrist Wood Agricultural College with my own dog, I then decided to further my education and pursue my City & Guilds qualification. I completed my training under the tutelage of master groomer Julie Lalou at Dogs Delight - the UK's award winning grooming school. I absolutely love my job and ensure that I continue my professional development by attending regular seminars and grooming events. I am proud to have many loyal repeat clients and strive for excellent customer service. I personally own two standard poodles. My job is my passion and my dream is to open a doggy grooming emporium one day. I currently cater for small to medium sized breeds only. Highly recommended!
We take our Cockapoo, Sam, to Kate regularly for grooming. She is totally dedicated, and cares for the dogs she has in her care. She is extremely professional and we highly recommend her.
Kate is a fantastic groomer. She clearly loves her job and the dogs in her care. Our dog appears pampered after his visit and Kate always listens to what we want as owners too. I would highly recommend The Bark House Pet Spa

Kate is wonderful. I am so pleased to have found such a fabulous groomer for my Cavapoo Otto. When I pick him up from Kate's lovely workshop, he looks and smells wonderful. And he always adores his new bandanas! I would most definitely recommend the Bark House Pet Spa.

Kate has been grooming my 2 dogs for over 4yrs. I was so relieved to find her, as her one-on-one service is just what my nervous dogs needed rather than being in a busy noisy grooming shop. Kate treats others dogs like her own, she is super friendly and very professional and of course very passionate about her work. Highly recommend.
