About me
Hi, My name is April. I have been grooming for 5 years, I trained at Look North and I’m based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
I am a massive animal enthusiast owning both dogs and horses. Over the years I have owned Westies, Springer Spaniels and German Shepards but I have always had a soft spot for a Bedlington terrier and they are by far one of my favourite dogs to groom.
I am passionate about grooming and education and regularly attend seminars to further my education so that I can bring this to my salon. I always strive to produce the best outcome for my dogs as well as the owners whilst providing a calm one on one service.
My greatest grooming achievement so far would be gaining my City & Guilds Level 3.

April has been grooming my Springer Spaniels for a couple of years and she does an amazing job! Our youngest springer is quite a nervous dog but April is extremely professional and experienced and is able to keep her very calm!
