Hi, I'm Amy and I'm the owner of GoldWalk Grooming & GoldWalk Training Academy located in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

I'm an award winning dog groomer placing 1st in my workshop class recently at Master Groom 2021. I've been grooming professionally for 20 years now and am privileged enough to also teach upcoming groomers delivering the OCN West Midlands qualifications. 

Alongside been a fully qualified groomer, I am also qualified in Animal Reiki, Veterinary Medicine, Canine Wellbeign, NDAM Animal Management, Canine First Aid, T Touch and am formally trained in Emmi-Pet Dental Treatments for oral health of dogs. 

Originally I completed training modules with the prestigious GroomTeam England and have further homed my career through regularly attending seminars and 1-1 training days - you can never stop learning and evolving in grooming!

My grooming passions are wool coats - I specialise in teddy bear and Asian style grooming in my salon. 

A mum to three beautiful dogs, my toy poodle Daphne and my rottweilers Missy and Elvis.

My salon is a spacious purpose built area for dogs of all sizes, we have state of the art equipment such as Hydrobaths, electric tables and do not use cages. We use only natural shampoos and take a holistic approach to our handling methods ensuring only positive reinforcement is used, we believe the dog is our priority and ALWAYS humanity before vanity. 

My staff are all trained in house by myself and are fully qualified, my girls follow our code of conduct on ethical, kind grooming to extremely high standards.
